Only upload photos of yourself, photos you have the right to use, and photos that do not include nudity, pornography, or third-party rights violations.

Uploaded photos are used to provide the headshot service. When you delete a profile or ask us to remove data, related photos and training assets are deleted from our systems, subject to normal cache and backup delays.

We may collect account details such as email, name, profile image, uploaded photos, generation history, and payment records processed by our payment provider.

We may also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, visited pages, timestamps, device details, and error information.

We use information to provide the service, process payments, generate and deliver images, prevent abuse, improve reliability, provide support, and communicate important service updates.

We do not sell your uploaded photos or account information.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You can delete profile data from your dashboard. You can also contact [email protected] to request help with account or data deletion.

You may decline to provide certain information, but parts of the service may not work without it.

HeadShots.fun is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
